Accounting software doesn't usually make you feel anything. That was the problem. Xero wanted a global launch that would actually do something to people: excitement, pride, a reason to care about what kind of software their business runs on. So we found the metaphor: strap small businesses to rockets. Literally. Seven films, a global rollout, more assets than I can keep track of. It turned out there was a genuine appetite for it. Most successful campaign in Xero's history.
